Somatic Coach.
Choreographer.
Nonprofit Arts Director.
Kelsey grew up dancing and immersed in creative practices from a young age, which led her to pursue a BFA in Interrelated Media from Massachusetts College of Art. After her time on the East Coast, she felt called to move west. For several years, she split her time between the San Francisco Bay Area and Southwest Colorado, engaged in a variety of freelance and seasonal work with organizations ranging from film and arts festivals to dance companies and outdoor education. With 10 years of experience in the arts and experiential education, Kelsey is currently the Director of the Telluride Dance Collective and an Ensemble Member and Choreographer with Telluride Theatre. She also teaches and choreographs for Palm Arts Dance.

Through dance, Kelsey naturally found her way into health and wellness. She is a certified Yoga Instructor and Somatic Coach. She enjoys facilitating community yoga, fitness, and dance classes. Kelsey also works one-on-one with clients, offering coaching and guidance through somatic healing practices. Her passion is centered around creating shared experiences and acting as a catalyst to help others feel embodied. When she's not teaching or immersed in her creative work, you can find her skiing, biking, hiking, and enjoying the mountains.
